🌟 Exciting Update from the Yard! 🌟

We’ve loved all the amazing feedback from our summer loaners — thank you! It’s been a real joy seeing you build bonds with our horses, and we’re thrilled to say... loan days are here to stay!

👉 Starting September, we’ll be offering regular weekly Weekday loan days as a permanent part of our offering.
🕒 Autumn/Winter hours will run 10am–3pm due to shorter daylight hours.

Here’s how it’ll work:
✔️ We’ll aim to allocate you the same horse each week
✔️ We’ll ask for a second choice horse, so we can balance lesson schedules and give our school horses their well-earned winter breaks
✔️ As always, our horses’ welfare is our top priority — their weekly workloads are carefully monitored

💸 Loan Day Price: £40 per day - Mondays and Wednesdays only, we are aware this clashes with School but atm we are unable to offer evenings or weekends
📅 NEW Monthly Discount Package: Book 4 weekly loan days in advance for that month for just £145 (save £15!)

Rockstar Pony Club Update:

From this Saturday, mobile phones are no longer allowed during sessions. We've had distractions and safeguarding concerns, including photos being taken/shared without permission. Please keep phones at home.

Repeated use will result in marks and loss of booking access.

This month, we’re thrilled to celebrate the dedication, progress, and passion of our incredible riders. July has been full of breakthroughs, strong work ethics, and standout moments in and out of the saddle. Every nominee has shown exactly what being a Rockstar rider means!

Here are our coach’s nominations:

🌟 Coach Niamh’s Choice – Freya Turner
Freya has been working exceptionally hard on refining her position and control on every horse she rides. Recently, she’s been diving into the Scales of Training with real enthusiasm. Her focus and calm approach—especially while riding Bud last lesson—really stood out. A thoughtful, determined rider who’s always aiming to improve!

🌟 Coach Kay’s Choice – Jess Newell
Jess has shown incredible commitment to her flatwork, particularly in preparation for online dressage competitions. Her consistent training has earned her championship qualifications in the E Riders series—an amazing achievement! Her attention to her position and connection with her horse is paying off both on the flat and over fences. Keep it up, Jess!

🌟 Coach Abbie’s Choice – Taran Dhinsa
Taran has been working tirelessly on her position and learning how to support the horses’ movement more effectively. She’s always curious, asking questions and eager to understand the "why" behind everything. Her improvement over the past two months has been nothing short of inspiring. Well done, Taran!

🌟 Coach Nat’s Choice – Betsy Downes
Betsy is a joy to teach—always smiling and always ready to take feedback on board. Her positive attitude and willingness to learn make her a true Rockstar in the arena. Great work, Betsy!

🌟 Coach Helen’s Choice – McKenzie Randall
Quiet but determined, McKenzie has been putting in the work, and it's starting to really show. She’s made great strides in improving her canter work and continues to build confidence every week. Keep going, McKenzie!

🌟 Coach Naomi’s Choice – Olivia Everton
Olivia has been focusing hard on developing her independent seat in trot, and she’s making fantastic progress! She’s nearly there—and her dedication is really shining through. Well done, Olivia!

👏 A massive well done to all of our nominated riders. Your hard work, dedication, and passion for learning truly make you stand out. Keep pushing, keep growing—and most of all, keep enjoying every moment in the saddle!

This month’s star is the one and only Ravi! After a long break due to injury, he’s made an inspiring comeback and is well on his way back to peak condition. Now stronger, fitter, and more focused than ever, Ravi is excelling in his training sessions with Kim and continues to be a favourite in lessons with clients.

But it’s not just his progress that makes him stand out — Ravi’s cheeky personality and infectious charm mean he’s always guaranteed to make you smile. Whether he’s showing off in the arena or sneaking in a playful moment, he brings joy to everyone who works with him.

We’re so proud of how far he’s come — well done, Ravi!

“I’ll ride when it’s warmer.”
“I’ll ride when I have more time.”
But time doesn’t wait. Horses don’t live forever.

One day, without warning, the last ride comes —
and you don’t even know it was the last.

No more lazy Sunday hacks.
No more wind in your hair as hooves drum steady down your favorite trail.
No more soft nickers as you walk toward the gate.
No more saddle in your hands, no more breath shared in silence.

The track you loved will grow quiet.
The tack will gather dust.
And all you’ll wish for is one more ride.

So ride now.
Ride like it's your goodbye.
Like the goals can wait, but the moments can’t.
Pat him a little longer. Hug him a little tighter. Say the words out loud:
“You’re my heart. You’re my once-in-a-lifetime.”

Because one day, your hands won’t find that mane.
And you’ll give anything to feel that rhythm beneath you just one more time.

So ride. Not for ribbons. Not for perfection.

Once through our entrance gates our speed limit up our very short track is 5 mph. This is non negotiable for the safety of horses being led/ridden, children and adults walking up the track and the longevity of our drive.

A new sign will soon go up.

Please respect the limit.
