Its been a ball loving dog day today so what else could we do but get out as many balls as we could carry. they've had a wonderful time and should sleep well tonight!

*HOT WEATHER*

As you know, temperatures have been extremely high this week and it looks like it’s set to continue.

We want to reassure both those considering a booking and those who already have one that your dog’s health and well-being is our top priority, especially during hot weather.

We’re fortunate to have a large, cool indoor area where dogs can take a break from the sun while still enjoying playtime if they choose.

For those who love the water, we have an outdoor pool available for paddling and cooling off. We also offer ice chips several times a day to keep your furbabies refreshed and hydrated. As I write this I’m attempting to make some pupsicles for them to try next week.

If you wanted to send your dog in with a cooling coat or mat then please feel free to do so.

Wow! what a scorcher today has been. It hasn't stopped these beauties having a great day, the pool and hose were out, lots of time inside where its cool and ice chips for those that wanted them.

**Customer Announcement**

We have decided to discontinue our online booking system, as it has not been meeting expectations and has caused issues for both us and you, our valued clients. This is simply unacceptable, and we believe the best course of action is to return to our reliable, straightforward booking method—without unnecessary technology.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be distributing paper copies of our dog registration forms for you to complete. These will be given to both new and existing customers, as we understand that details about your beloved pets may change over time. Keeping this information up to date ensures we can provide the best possible care while they are with us.

We kindly ask that you fill out the forms with as much detail as possible and return them to us. Bookings can now be made via Messenger, WhatsApp, or text.

We understand there have been many changes in recent months, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your support means the world to us, and we truly adore each and every one of your furry companions.
