Here it is! Our latest carbon emissions report.

We want to be transparent that while our emissions have not decreased, we have improved our measurement to better capture a broader range of emissions. We currently offset all emissions to reach carbon neutrality. We are committed to science-based carbon reduction targets to reach net zero. Better data means we can take informed action to meet our commitments to operating more sustainably.

By setting realistic goals to move towards reductions at all levels of the business we are on a journey of continuous, informed improvement.

You can find out more and read about the projects we have supported through offsetting our emissions here: https://hubs.ly/Q04gcV9k0

It's here! Our Impact Report for 2025 is hot off the press.

We're committed to being open and transparent about the work we have done, are doing and need to do in future on our journey to being a better veterinary business. We recognise this is an infinite mission - there is always more we can do to better support our patients, clients, team, and the wider world.

Having the structure of the B Corp framework provides a great playbook to discover where we can make the most positive change to improve our impact. Find out more about how we're using this to set our goals as milestones on our onward journey.
