BIRD FLU UPDATE
Avian Influenza housing measures from 6 November 2025:

From 00:01 on Thursday 6 November, mandatory housing measures will be extended to the whole of England.

You will have to house your birds in England if you keep either:

- more than 50 birds of any species – including poultry and other captive birds
- any number of poultry
Poultry are birds that are kept to give away or sell:
eggs
poultry products
live birds

**You do not have to house your birds if you keep less than 50 birds and their eggs or poultry products are for your own use only

The cutest little Oscar cuddled up with our nurse Kristy after a day trip to the vets🥰

Oscar was in for a dental procedure to remove his deciduous (baby) teeth. Usually, puppies lose their deciduous teeth by the time they are 6-7 months old. However, a few of Oscar's remained at the age of 9 months, which can lead to overcrowding in the mouth and abnormal growth of the adult teeth! Luckily, Oscar's owners had noticed this and were able to book in to remove those teeth just in time! 🦷
