🍂🍁🍂It’s nearly time! 🍂🍁🍂
Saturday sees the launch of the 2025 autumn specials (hooray!! 🎉😁), so this week I’ll be highlighting each of the five bars in turn, one per day. Today’s star is Rhubarb Marmalade 🤩
This is a brand new fragrance to The Soap Mine, and is, I think, unlike anything I’ve ever made before. Juicy, tangy, and just a little bit nostalgic, it’s a fragrance that will brighten even the chilliest of mornings.
The scent opens with a burst of tart rhubarb and zesty orange peel, evoking that just-popped jam jar moment. As the lather builds, crisp green apple and delicate violet petals add a playful freshness, before settling into a smooth, comforting base of warm cedarwood and creamy vanilla.
This isn’t so much a cosy scent as one which evokes crisp autumn days, the clear cold air and the crunch of fallen leaves.
