We're delighted with our additions from the Hoghton View Herefords sale this summer. Left to right HVH Beth, Ms Unique and Lillie along with our 2 show heifers from this year.

Lot 14 HCS Spring show and sale.
Hollyvale 1 Oyster Girl.

A very sweet, nicely balanced heifer which has been naturally done. She's got great temperament and carries great potential.

🧬We purchased her Dam Kinglee 1 Oyster Girl 418 with our current stock bull Kinglee 1 Vanguard at foot. 'Oyster Girl' has Dendor, Gouldingpoll, Cleland and Leo's Pride in her pedigree. Great breeding prospect!

Lot 6 HCS Spring show and sale.
Castle Mount 1 Tessa 443.

Great thickness and dark colouring. Very feminine but carries natural shape with it.

🧬Full sister to the Top priced female at HCS Autumn Sale 2024. Sired by Kinglee 1 Vanguard who has bred consistently well for us. Tessa has Dendor, Gouldingpoll, Cleland and Leo's Pride in her pedigree. Great breeding prospect!

HCS Spring show and sale 2025.
Lot 45 Castle Mount 1 Bonanza.

📸 A stylish, thick, easy fleshing bull with great temperament. Set on a good legs and feet he possesses excellent locomotion too. 41kg birth weight.

🩺 BVD accredited and Johnes Level 1. Homozygous Polled. Had been semen tested and used lightly at home.

🧬 Sired by Kinglee 1 Vanguard, sire of the top priced female at Autumn Sale 2024. Great pedigree with breeding from Remitall, Costhorpe, Kinglee and Leo's Pride.

Great week at The Great Yorkshire show..Hollyvale 1June 3rd taking the reserve female championship with Hollyvale 1 June 6th at foot.

Summer shows back after a long winter! Great day at Otley show yesterday with a good turnout of Herefords. Hollyvale 1 June 3rd winning the cow class and taking Reserve Female champion.
Well done to winners and all NEHBA members for putting on a great show for our judge Isla Souter who did a super job!

Hollyvale 1 Leyla 11th - Lot 12 Hereford Cattle Society UK spring show and sale.

A sweet, dark, well marked heifer from a great line. Her Dam has bred well for us; great udder and teats carrying a moderate frame. Leyla 11th is sure to go and be a breeder!

Johnes and BVD level 1 for 8 years with SAC.

Pleased to still have these Autumn calves outside (before the storm arrives ⛈️) with plenty of grass and milk about. Plenty of tree cover for the next few days! 🤞🏼

Really pleased with the stamp Kinglee 1 Vanguard has put on the calves this year, style and consistency.

Lot 29 HCS Spring show and sale.

At just over 12 months old this heifer shows great promise. Very sweet and feminine she's by a dam, Dendor Ruby 24th that has bred daughters sold into pedigree herds. Sire Fisher 1 Profile carries plenty of style and breed character.

Herd accredited for Johnes and BVD for 6 years and from a TB4 area.
