🐾 Little Leo's Junior Health Check 🐾

Leo recently visited Nurse Sammi for his junior health check, and what a lovely visit it was! ❤️ He was full of curiosity, eager to explore everything around him, and was such a good boy throughout his appointment. 🐶✨

Junior health checks are a great opportunity to monitor your pet's development, answer any questions you may have, and help your new companion get off to the best possible start.

Little Leonard recently visited us after developing a weepy eye 🐾💛

Our lovely receptionist and physiotherapist, Antonia, made sure he stayed calm and comfortable before his appointment with plenty of cuddles and belly rubs — which Leonard was very happy about 🥰

He was such a good boy for vet Vanessa, who has sent him home with a course of eye drops to help him feel better soon ✨

One of our ‘Christmas trio’ puppies has been reunited with her hero at The Suffolk Show (Official) .

In December 2023, lorry driver Marcus found Ivy and two other dogs abandoned near a lay-by in Colchester. He contacted us immediately and he brought cockerpoo puppies into Moreton Hall Veterinary Centre, where they were treated for mange and malnutrition. The trio received 24-hour care at our sister practice, Stowe Veterinary Centre, before being fostered by veterinary surgeon and practice principal Martin Barrow.

Now, almost three years later, the dogs all have safe and loving homes. Ivy now lives happily with Martin and his wife, head dog groomer and Registered Veterinary Nurse, Lesley Barrow.

Martin said: “It was wonderful to meet Marcus again, nearly three years after he brought us our lovely dog Ivy. Despite being close to death when Marcus discovered her by the side of the road, she is now a loving and affectionate part of the family.”

Say hello to Pearne 🐾💙

Pearne and his owner are brand new to Hoopers, and they both did amazingly well in their very first session the other week! 👏✨ We can’t wait to watch their confidence and skills grow over the next few weeks.
