What to expect when you visit Suffolk Pet Crematorium
We want all of our visitors to feel completely at ease when they visit us to lay their furry family members to rest for the final time.
When you first contact us, our team will provide you with a visiting time to arrive at the premises - in order to ensure that you have as much time as possible to say your goodbyes, it's important to arrive as close to this time as you can.
On arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly and welcoming member of the team, who is on hand to help your pets final journey and your bereavement be as peaceful as possible. Our Farewell Room will be made available to you to share memories and say goodbye. In here you can also browse our range of memorial urns and make any selection you wish to receive their ashes in, you will also be able to ask a team member to take paw prints and or fur clippings as a keepsake should you wish.
You will have as much time as you need in here, as well as the opportunity to visit and reflect at our Lake of Remembrance afterwards.
Our team will handle your pet with the utmost care and respect, ensuring a peaceful and dignified goodbye. We never rush our clients and will always give you the appropriate time and space you require, and pride ourselves on having pets ashes reunited with their owners within 24 hours if possible. All of our clients receive a certificate of cremation with your pet’s name and the date of cremation on it and a packet of memorial forget-me-not seeds to scatter where you wish.
