Today marks the first day Bailey moved in with me 5 years ago.
2021 was the year I realised I found my heart dog.
Not only to find out that 3 years and 1 weeks later, Bailey walked over the rainbow bridge.

This boy is a contribution to where I am today . I will always be so thankful for the experience and love this boy provided me.

Help me keep his memory and celebrate his moments. 💛

-Reactive Class £25
-FUNdamentals £15
-Leash Leaders £25
-Social Walk £10
-1:1 varies due to duration

Please note-
•FUNdamentals class is for ALL ages not just for your puppies. Some ages may miss out on their fundamentals and we believe it’s important that they don’t miss out.
•Social class is limited for reactive dogs
•Leash leaders is designed for all dogs who struggle to regulate emotions and for owners who struggle with dogs on lead. Dogs can be reactive, anxious or even excitable.

Sam was a big part of my work life.

This rescue dog has known me from the start, when he was a foster dog - an adopted dog.

Sam came from a rescue where support was limited and the family had to rely on a couple of us dog walkers for daily support and myself for training.

I saw so much potential in Sam and not only have I seen him develop in his training, I’ve watched him mature.

So many updates have been missed along his journey on social media, but even though they are no longer a daily client. His story will continue being shared.

Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to the family (who I’ve known since their previous dog) and Sam; as they go onto their next adventure in Italy- where Sam actually came from!

They have a long road to go until they get settled.
But oh my, we are so proud of Sam for how well he has coped in this transition already.

I’m so grateful that I’ve been a part of their lives and that I’ve been able to support them as much as I have. I can not be more grateful for the families support towards myself also.

My wishes have been sent and the future will be bright for them.
My long term support will always be there for them and once they settle, I hope my leaving gift of a training programme will be helpful.

Cici got some super enjoyable adventure walks last week!

This sassy queen never fails to amaze me, I’m constantly seeing more of her personality and it’s the cutest thing.

But her determination and dedication is larger than her size 💛

⭐️Let’s talk about Betsy! ⭐️

AMAZING!

Don’t get be wrong, she has her moments and has a long way to go to be neutral around all of her triggers.

This GSD was SUPER reactive to EVERYTHING!
•Moving things like cars, bikes, scooters.
•Little people/children.
•Dogs, cats wildlife.

Other things like:
•People in her space
•Pulling on lead
•No reward motivation

Betsy lacks in confidence.
How do I know that?
Because if she feels intimidated or something worries her. She will either react or back off with worry.

So we also work on things like putting paws at a higher level, walking through tight spaces and flapping banners.

Now her leash walking is sorted, I put her in as many positions possible to push her.
To make her feel confident, relaxed and neutral.

I will then need to explore more and find dogs to work with (FYI- she’s been smashing), work with a mobility scooter and the clients.

Want to apologise to everyone for my recent post from yesterday.

Firstly, thank you for those who read and commented.
I’ve had some really nice comments, support and I’ve had some personal chats with people who gave really good constructive feedback.

I will never reject what anyone has to say to me (even if it is a kick), well I won’t be happy if people are not nice, but Ive always been open to constructive criticism.

My apologies to everyone who may have read it and thought I may have been unprofessional or may have thought It changes your view on the business.
It is unlike me to write in a way that is unprofessional and quite in your face.

I can be bold and straight to the point, but I can see how my status may have come across quite strong.

My intentions are coming from a good place, frustration of running a small business can be hard and knowing how intense feelings can be when struggles are rocky. (I say rocky… business is good and sometimes it just takes a moment to remember all the positives and not the negatives.)

We are all human 💛

I honestly couldn’t be any more prouder of where business is and even more proud that I have achieved so much already.
I’ve got great relationships around me and that’s including all the dogs.

It’s starting to become stressful and disappointing….
I am constantly working hard day and late, behind the scenes- doing as much as I can and more.

I can’t seem to please you all or myself.

Hugely graeful to my clients who book in on a regular basis and who keeps business going.

As you should know, I’m also a dog trainer and offer 1:1’s & classes in spare time.
I work early mornings, evenings & weekends…
We mostly focus on reactivity & offer puppy classes. Alongside a variety of others to please your needs and relationship with your dog.

I’m starting to feel deflated…

Weekend classes seem to be reducing more and more. We can’t seem to get you in even with our cheapest deals, high standards and includes 2 trainers for the price of one!- which I don’t dare raise the costs because clearly this area isn’t our target audience.
We barely even pay ourselves…
Keeping prices down to suit your availability and work weekends to fit your schedules.

We don’t get consistent, regular or dedicated clients- to succeed and progress for their dogs lives (and yours.)

Neither do we get enough engagements or shares on our posts. Which take a lot of my time too…
I can see how many people see our posts and it’s definitely not as high as our following. But the people who view- why are you not engaging?
1.7k followers and an average of 15 likes per post….
I engage with other businesses posts as much as I can- when I’m on Facebook too.

Respectfully, I know how hard it is to contact me by message… IM SORRY! I’m doing my best but there is a thing called ‘phoning’ & leaving a ‘voicemail.’
If I do not receive a voicemail I do struggle to find who I’ve got to ring back.
If I haven’t rung back, ring again.
If I don’t reply, BOOST your message. And again if needed.
If you can’t get hold of me, I work closely with Jennie, I hate feeling like I’m asking for help. I’m sorry Jennie you take some enquiries for me. However, I APPRECIATE you SO much!!

What can we seriously do more and better for you?
We are truly interested.

Starting to feel a loss.
And I know it will fade, it’s just a frustrating process.
