Exciting Hounds relocation update!

Myself & Fran are delighted to announce to you all that we have successfully relocated the Hounds salon from Kings Bromley to Barton-under-Needwood @ Errisbeg House / West Midlands Veterinary Referral site. 🏥

We are situated in between the car wash & canal side snack bar…So you can have your car cleaned & grab a bite to eat while your pooch is being pampered!😃
It’s certainly been a rollercoaster journey but we are so pleased to finally be up & running again.❤️

Unfortunately, we do have a bit of a backlog with appointments due to the month closure, also with myself (Beth) having my baby 2 months premature .. as you can understand this has all thrown a bit of a spanner in the works. Fran bless her heart is working overtime to try & accommodate you all so she can get on-top of the backlog, asap!!

We want to say THANK YOU for all your continued support, understanding & loyalty as always, we really appreciate it. 🥰❤️🙏🏼 Love Beth and Fran x

Personal update from me (Beth) 👶🏼💕

We are relieved to finally announce the extremely early arrival of our baby girl, Freya.
She was born at 33weeks gestation on the 7th February. (Which was our 8th year anniversary)
Both of us had a rather traumatic experience, but thankfully we are now both on the road to recovery.
Freya has been kept In specialist care since delivery (with being nearly 2 months premature).
We can’t wait to have her home with us once she’s stable- it’s not easy walking away from her crying for us at the end of the night, but needs must. 🥺
The neonatal team have been lovely, so have the midwives! I couldn’t have managed that last part without them all - my forever hero’s.💕

Dear valued clients, please can we ask that you try to pre-book your appointments as far ahead as possible to avoid disappointment!
We are strongly recommending block bookings.
🚨📣Next available appointments are from July onwards. 📣🚨
Sticking to your regular 4-6 weekly schedule keeps your pet in the best possible condition, whilst preventing long waits for appointments. This also reduces the risk of matting & your pet then becoming uncomfortable/unmanageable etc. 🙌🏻
