- Think twice before disposing of your pumpkin 🎃

Thousands of pumpkins get thrown away in the UK after Halloween and in previous years some of those pumpkins have sadly ended up in horses’ fields.

Help us continue to keep all horses safe by not disposing of used pumpkins in local horse fields. What may appear to be a harmless act of kindness could in fact cause:

• Extreme stomach problems, which can lead to severe illness and possible death
• Risks the horse choking
• Fighting between horses potentially causing injury
• Potential injury to yourself

Help us to prevent these incidents occurring by not feeding horses you encounter and spreading this important message across your local community.
