📣 Important Update: Policy Changes & New Pricing at Barton Boarding Kennels 🐾

We’d like to inform all of our valued customers of some important updates to our services, policies, and pricing at Barton Boarding.

As we continue to improve the care we provide, these changes help us better manage time, resources, and the individual needs of every dog staying with us.

New Pricing Structure

We have made a small increase in our prices and simplified our package options to provide greater clarity:

Standard Stay – £39.00

Premium Stay – £49.00

(Ideal for puppies or dogs requiring additional care such as medication, extra support, or tailored routines)

New Check-In and Check-Out Times

To give every dog the time and care they deserve, we’re now enforcing set check-in and check-out times:

Check-Out: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Check-In: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

These times are strictly followed, so we can focus fully on the dogs already enjoying their stay.

New Booking & Payment Policy

Due to issues with unpaid bookings, we are now introducing a clear payment structure:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking

The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before your dog’s stay

If the balance is not paid by the 8-week deadline, the booking will be cancelled automatically

It is the customer’s responsibility to make this payment on time – no reminders will be sent

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 4 weeks of your dog’s stay are non-refundable

If cancelling before 4 weeks, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued

Effective From 19th May 2025

These changes are effective from 19th May 2025.

However, any bookings already made before this date will be honoured under our previous policy.

We understand that changes like these may take some getting used to, but they are designed to ensure fairness, improve planning, and allow us to give every dog the very best care during their time with us.
