We have decided to do something a bit different with our wool this year! We have been using our sheep wool in the garden to help with Slug control and adding goodness back into the soil.
Sheep wool breaks down naturally and is also good for adding to compost heaps as it breaks down it releases nitrogen and other trace elements. Sheep wool also helps to retain soil moisture and also keeps heat in the soil which makes for ideal growing conditions. It can also be used as a w**d suppressant.
We are selling each fleece for £4 which can be collected from the farm. We are located on the binn in Burntisland.

A day in the life of Bobby 🐈 Bobby came to us as a last chance from cats protection as he couldn’t be rehomed to a house as he wouldn’t settle but he’s definitely found his feet on the farm! You’ll usually find him in a fresh straw bed either napping in the hen shed or chilling with the coos or even snuggling up with flora 🐎

From January 2022 we are offering retirement livery on our quiet yard of 6 stables.
We are a small private yard tucked away in Burntisland, Fife offering all year round turnout with single/ double paddocks dependant on horses requirements and compatibility with other horses. We have larger winter/summer fields with hay offered in winter and stabling if required. We aim to offer a quiet relaxing space for horses enjoying there retirement 🐎
We hope to have a website set up with more details on our packages but you can also get in contact with us here for more information.
