Hi guys.

Just a post regarding equipment purchased from other shops/online.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to advise on setups/equipment purchased from other places.
This is somthing that's increasingly happening and it's of no benefit to us.
People requesting help with things they haven't purchased from us not only takes up our time but it also is the responsibility of the original seller of items to help you with it.

We have also now put a stop to advising what equipment is needed for setups if the customer has no intentions of purchasing anything from us.
Coming into the shop and showing us a full amazon shopping basket and asking if it's all the right stuff is a little bit cheeky.
9 times out of 10, we sell what your buying online and asking us to help you shop else where is very disheartening.
We get it, it's cheaper online but that doesn't mean we need to see you buying it online and then take up our time with advise on how to set it all up.

We are 100% behind every customer and their animals but we need to draw a line on what's ok and what is not ok.

I'm sorry if this comes across as short or sharp but I've tried to word it as polite as possible.

In less words, there will be a notice up in the shop soon addressing the same topic.

Horsefield tortoises.

The ideal and most wanted "beginner" species are now banned from imports.
This is where the vast majority of them come from so as of now, they will become incredibly difficult to source and potentially alot more expensive.

If you're thinking of getting one , we have one left in store and we do not know if we will be able to source anymore.

We will keep you updated on the CITES progress.
