Faircott Farm Livery Stables A friendly, well established and family run livery yard, offering great facilities, and within very close proximity of the beach for hacking.

A friendly, well established and family run livery yard situated within our working beef farm. We are in very close proximity of the beach and other bridlepaths for excellent hacking. As a working farm we are able to grow all of the hay and straw used in our stables. Primarily DIY but part livery options can be catered for subject to individual requirements, including holiday cover. Our facilities

include:
24 stables housed in 2 large barns
Outdoor, floodlit arena
Owners living on site
24/7 grazing turnout
Separate mares and geldings turnout
Annual field rotation
Veterinary approved worming programme
CCTV
Off road parking
Hot water
Storage area for each stable
Tea and coffee area
Toilet
