Westcourt Stables is set in 100 acres of beautiful pastureland in the heart of Wiltshire.

In the coming weeks we will have additional availability for up to 8 more grass liveries and up to 20 racehorses taking their summer breaks.

This beautiful bay c**t arrived with us today at Westcourt Stables for pre training and will continue his education at Marcus Tregoning Racing in the weeks to come. We think he’s settling in well already.

Today we have been working with Fay and her horse Lady. Lady has had many previous owners and our focus has been to improve confidence and connection between the pair.

Superb self-contained yard for rent - Westcourt, Burbage, nr Marlborough, SN8 3BW​

​Block paved equestrian yard with 6 stables (5 are 10’ x 12’ and 1 is 12’ x 14’). Excellent ventilation with front and rear windows, rubber matting, water drinkers and anti-chew guards. To include tack room and feed/storage room, water and electric onsite. The yard comes with three paddocks, a field shelter and post and rail fencing. Private gated access, security lighting and CCTV.​

​Use of horse walker, Aqua Equine water treadmill, stalls, indoor and outdoor round pens, grass gallop, circular wood chip canter track and equine weighing scales. Fantastic access to bridleways and great hacking both on and off-site. A 40m x 25m all-weather arena is due to be completed in March 2026!​

​Additional boxes/facilities and accommodation are available by arrangement. This yard would suit a small trainer/private livery/professional eventer/competition rider or rehabilitation practitioner. Not suitable as a livery yard.​
