A little update regarding my working hours at Tail and Chase 🐾

Since returning after my vertigo, I have been working Tuesday to Friday. However, due to changes in my childcare arrangements, I will now be returning to my usual working week of Monday to Thursday.

Over the next few weeks, I'll be doing my best to move any existing Friday appointments to the following Monday where possible. I will be contacting affected customers directly to arrange this.

If a Monday appointment isn't suitable or available, your Friday appointment will remain as booked for the time being, so please don't worry.

Going forward, all new appointments will be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support. It means a lot to this small business and busy mum! ❤️🐶

Meet lovely Star 🌟

When it comes to blow dries, Star is the boss. I'm simply the assistant holding the dryer while she supervises the airflow direction. 🤣

Every groom comes with very specific instructions from Her Majesty. The air must hit just the right spot, and if it doesn't, she'll soon let me know!

In other words, she absolutely loves being pampered. 💕

Star has been coming to me since the very beginning, and she'll always have a special place in my heart. Not that I need to tell her that... she already knows she's one of my favourites! 🐾✨

It’s been so nice coming back to a surprise like this… I’ve been nominated for an award for my achievements. Honestly, I’m really grateful just to be recognised.

I doubt I’ll win anything, but it’s still such a lovely feeling to be noticed for the work I put in every day ❤️

Tail and Chase is now closed until 1st June while I disappear off to make memories with my little boy ☀️

I’m actually leaving my work phone at home. Shocking behaviour from me honestly 😂 however I will back to answering messages near the end of the half term.

I’ll reply to all messages before I’m back in the salon on 1st June, so if you message during this time please don’t panic if I’m a little slower than normal!

But honestly, it’s because I’ve been SO busy grooming dogs, and I’m genuinely so grateful for every single booking, recommendation, and loyal customer keeping me rushed off my feet 🐾✂️

I do promise I’ve still been creating lots of fluffy masterpieces behind the scenes 😂

Hope you’re all doing well and enjoying this lovely weather!

Just a little update from me… I’m now fully booked a few weeks in advance, which is amazing but also means it’s really important to plan ahead. If you’d like to keep a regular slot, I’d recommend getting your appointments booked in for the rest of the year so you’ve got your space secured.

I’ve also got a bit of time off in May, and of course summer holidays coming up in August, so please keep that in mind when booking to avoid missing out.

All new appointments are currently being taken from July onwards.
