Dear all.

I am aware there is a rise in Equine Flu cases currently.

Please if ANY horse on your yard is showing signs of being unwell or has been to a show/event that has had flu cases or has confirmed cases in a horse that attended, regardless of whether they are being treated or not, please inform me as soon as possible and I will rebook your appointment.

I will be following bio security measures between appointments and as such may need to limit the number of clients I am able to see per day.

Please be sensible, and honest, and do not put your own or others horses at risk. We dont want this to spread any further.

Thank you all

Good afternoon all!

I'm after a favour please.

I'm currently studying Craniosacral therapy and need some pictures..i need a side on and straight on picture of the horses head. I need a few different horses so if anyone would be happy to take these 2 pics and either watsapp or messenger them to me.I would be really greatful. They will only be shared with my tutor.. no one else... as part of my work towards qualification.

Thank you all!

Rachel

Hi folks, hope you're all keeping safe and warm in this weather.

I'm hoping that the snow will clear and I'll be able to get to all your appointments later this week. But please if your access roads are bad let me know. I don't have a 4x4 and really don't want to get stuck or worse.

Thank you :-)

I Don’t Need a Massage Therapist. I’ve Had the Vet!

We hear this one a lot!
But 🙏 once your vet has fixed the problem, your horse’s body still needs time (and help) to recover from how it coped with that problem. So basically when your horse was in pain, they adapted their way of moving to protect the sore area, shifting weight, tightening muscles, and relying more on other parts of their body. Over time, this creates imbalance, tension, and even discomfort elsewhere.

That’s where your equine bodyworker comes in. They help release those tight spots, rebalance the muscles, and get the body moving correctly again, supporting the vet’s work and helping prevent further issues down the line.

So remember:
🩺 Your vet fixes the cause
🙌 Your bodyworker fixes the consequences
