Ever noticed your horse munching on thistles?
It might look strange, but there’s good reasons .

💚 Thistles are full of vitamins, minerals, and fibre great for digestion and liver health.
🌿 Horses are clever with their lips they fold the spikes and eat the soft parts.
🌸 A little bitterness helps their natural detox and keeps grazing interesting.

Always such a joy carrying out welfare checks and spending time with these beautiful souls again 💛.
Beau is as affectionate as ever and each one has their own special little character. Having grown up around horses, every visit brings back such lovely memories. I’m so grateful to spend my days doing what I truly love caring for them as if they were my own 🐴🤍

My operation has now been moved to the 19th, so I have some availability until then for:
• Pet day sitting (in owners homes)
• Dog walking
• Equine care
• Welfare checks
• Smallholding care

I’m fully insured and DBS checked, with completed courses in Canine Communication and IMDT Body Language for your peace of mind.

I also offer a free meet & greet so you and your pets can get to know me first making sure you’re 100% comfortable and happy with the arrangement.

I just wanted to let all my lovely clients and clients to be know that I’ll be having surgery on 19th November, which means I’ll be out of action for around 4-5 weeks altho depends how recovery is might be quicker or longer .

During this time I won’t be able to offer my usual services, but once I’m back, I’ll be ready to welcome all your furry and hooved friends with open arms again 🐾🐴💛

Microchipping is such a small thing, but it makes the biggest difference — giving every pup the best chance of always finding their way home. 🏡💕

I think the spaniels absolutely loved splashing through the puddles – the Biewer Terrier, not so much! 😅 Still, it was such a lovely walk through Swanacott Woods with this wonderful gang. 🌲🐾
