Just a reminder of my cancellation and no-show policy. As a small buisness missed appointments and cancellation without adequate time to offer the appointment to someone else effects my income and sustainability. I understand we all have bills to pay and demanding lives but going forward this policy will be stand to protect my buisness.

Big job today this little fluff bum was so fluffy the hair on his legs was longer than the hair on my head. Thank god his mum does a great job of brushing him so knots were very few. It took a long time to complete but this little lad was a star we stopped for a few breaks for his sake and mine he did get a little fed up towards the end Its alot for a little one to put up with. He deserved his treat when we finished. Mum was happy as we were able to keep some fluff. Today was a good day 😊

Look at the size of this thing that entered the studio fair to say I wasn't grooming him he quickly had the boot outside and the doors are remaining closed 😱

This big girl fills my grooming table. shes a pleasure to groom. Mum and dad keep her in great condition and keep on top of the grooming schedule which makes the grooming process easier for Coco and good for me. Thank you Coco for the company this afternoon and for being a good girl.

Unfortunately due to a few forgotten appointments over the last few weeks I've needed to put a cancellation policy inplace. This is not something I wanted to do, but as a small buisness I'm loosing income and the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone on the waiting list. I appreciate your continued custom and will rearrange when the appointment has been forgotten as these things happen but inorder to protect my buisness going forward this policy is now in place.
