The road is now closed from the Queens Head up to the top of our lane. The way in this weekend will be from the Hanbury Road/ Stoke Prior Church end.

So, after saying the road will be open, they have now started tarmacking just down the road. So you can only get in from the bridge side.

The road is closed this weekend at the bridge. The only way in from the Stoke Pound Lane end is to park at the top of the road and walk over the bridge.
Alternatively the approach from the Mooregate/Woodgate end is open. There is still a sign that says 'Road Closed,' of course there is 🙂, but the road is open up to the top of the bridge, so access is open to our driveway.

The road is now closed from the south so there is no access to the stables from Woodgate or Moorgate Lane. The road is completely open from the Stoke Pound Lane end, despite the road closed signs, so come in from that direction 🙂

At the moment the bridge is closed just above the entrance gate. (Pink arrow) It isn't possible to get to the stables in a car from Stoke Pound Lane.

You can park at the top of the road , marked in green, and walk here.

Alternatively, if you come in via Moorgate Road, there is a Road Closed sign at the junction with Whitford Bridge Road but the road is open as far as us. (Red route)

They haven't actually started digging yet so the road might be open tomorrow, but it isn't looking very likely 🙂
