p out occasionally but are still bound by our code of practice and are covered by our insurance. We love all animals, actually. We were set up to, and continue to, improve dogs' lives and to, simply, make them happy. We do not condone or tolerate any punitive training methods or rough handling, and believe in +R (positive reinforcement) and calm energies. Hev is a proud member of the Pet Professional Guild who are advocates for a pain-free, fear-free, shock-free and force-free approach. Yes, we are running a business and yes we have bills to pay, but profit is nowhere near the top of our list of priorities; far from it!! Most of the little profit we make after the business expenses and wages are paid is channelled into toys, equipment and training etc for the staff to ensure we continue to provide the very best possible services to you and your hound. We also support local Staffie charity Room For One More Staffie Rescue and help with others when we can (our 12 mile Malvern Hills Challenge in September 2013 for example). We provide walking, training, socialisation and in-home sitting services. We also have our famous PlayPark - 3-acres of secure open space with LOADS of balls, toys, and fun agility bits for you and your pup to have a go at! The PlayPark is available for private sessions (ideal for pooches with social issues or to practice recall etc!), you can hire it for private functions (Puppy Parties etc), and we hold open group sessions regularly (see the events page). Dogs must meet certain criteria for group sessions but just get in touch for more info.
