Hillfields Animal Sanctuary Hillfields Animal Sanctuary was founded over 40 years ago. Animals that come to us, live out their days here, free from fear of further neglect or cruelty.

It started in a small way with a few waifs and strays, ranging from pets to farm animals. The number of animals at Hillfields has steadily increased and we are now home to a staggering 300 animals, consisting of horses, goats, pigs, sheep, chickens, dogs

, cats, ducks, birds and many, many more including a 28 year old cow! The animals at Hillfields have all been rescued from cruelty and neglect or taken in when their owners simply did not want them anymore. Our sanctuary policy dictates that every animal that comes to us, lives out their days here, free from fear of further neglect or cruelty.

Hillfields are in desperate need of hay. Does anyone know of any hay suppliers in the Bromsgrove / Redditch area who are able to supply us with good quality hay bales ( small bales ) if anyone knows of anyone could you please comment this post. We would be most grateful. Our current supplier has bird flu on his premises and we cannot risk having hay from there. Thanks

Hillfields website is currently down but we are in the process of bringing a new one in the new year. If anyone would like to send any donations to help towards the animals food and hay and vets bills then please do so via paypal ( PayPal is the only way we can receive donations at the moment )

Anything would be greatly appreciated. I know it’s hard for people with cost of living but anything is a bonus for us to help with our 300 plus rescued animals over the festive period and into the new year. We can buy extra hay bales and feeds for the animals over the winter months. 🥶❄️☃️🌨️

Hillfields animal sanctuary would like to thank everyone who came to the quiz night and made it such a success raising £586!!! A special thank you to Ingrid for organising the night and Pam the for the food and Gen for the help. Also Sue for letting us use the Blackwell social club and a huge thank you to Steve and Will for running the quiz for us.

Please come along to Hillfields Animal Sanctuary Quiz night. We are in desperate need for some more teams to join . The night will support our 300 plus animals that have been rescued at Hillfields and pictured below are Harry our little goat we rescued as he was left in a field with a broken leg and Lola our blind Puppy who was going to get put to sleep. Please come along and help support the animals. Winning team win £100. Thursday 2nd October at Blackwell club. 8pm start.
