I'm Ang and I am originally from Morecambe in Lancashire.

My hubby and I have 4 gorgeous border collies who have shaped our lives for many years, most recently with our introduction of the Doggy Treat Truck on Arran for you and your furry family.

I'm having a bit of a dilemma that I'd love your help with please.

I'm busy planning my diary and where to take the Doggy Treat Truck.

Up until now, I have tried to spread my trips round the island, but I am not getting the support other than mainly in Brodick and Lamlash. I'm not sure whether that is because people don't know about us, or simply don't need us.

My whole idea of starting the business came from us finding that there was no pet shop on our island. and we want to fill that gap so that you don't need to buy from off the island or online.

I have spent 8 years in the pet shop that we built from the ground up in Lancashire, seeing people's poorly dogs' lives transformed by swapping to a more natural diet.

Here on Arran, we have continued this ethos and we only stock products that are free from additives, preservatives, colourings and grain. The treats that we stock are from registered DEFRA suppliers and are purely dried meat products.

So here is my dilemma - the license I have only allows me to stay 20 minutes on public land at a time, so I need to know where you would like me to stop, as I would love to reach the whole island community, not just Brodick and Lamlash.

On private land, the 20 minute rule does not apply, so if you have any suggestions of private places that may allow me to park there for longer, I would love to hear them.

Not many dogs, as it was a bit warm.
One gorgeous boy (dog!) had been bitten by an adder at the weekend and lived to tell the tale thankfully.

Tomorrow - Wednesday 27th May the Doggy Treat Truck will be starting at Blackwaterfoot and going anti-clockwise to Brodick.

We will have our huge range of 100% natural treats that are free from additives, preservatives and grain.

We will also have leads, collars, toys, bowls, tick removers, tick spray, poo bags and more.

Here are our stop off points and rough timings.

If we have a queue at one location, this will affect my arrival times, so all timings are approximate.

Looks like we have some beautiful weather coming in after today.
On Saturday you'll find us at the Montrose House spring fayre, then on Sunday we're starting at Pirnmill and doing the north of the island round to Brodick.
Here are our rough timings and we really hope to see you and your furry family.

12.45-1.05 - opposite the Corrie and Sannox Village Hall
