Does anyone know of anybody that plays in or is part of a BRASS BAND? I'm looking for a group to come and do a talk/ show & tell for a carehome Chawley Grove Care Home . We have a very sweet resident who used to play the trombone in a band and was also a band master in the TA. He now has advanced Parkinsons' so is not able to play but his love for brass instruments has not faltered. I'd love to surprise him with a special afternoon/evening. If you or anyone you know could point me in the right direction, I'd be soooooo grateful 🙏 xx TIA

Hello friends... it's now October so I can definitely let you in on the plans for CHRISTMAS !!!
Sunday 15th December 11-3 at Chawley Grove Care Home ..... inside stall holders wanted.
We won't be duplicating, as always ... so please don't be disappointed if we're not able to accommodate you this year.
We've got .... stalls / hot food / christmas songs performance / fire pits for toasting marshmallows/ light display / a visit from Santa / face painting for the kiddos and a WHOLE lot MORE !!!
Send me a pm and I'll get all the details pinged across to you.

I hate to use the 'C' word whilst we're still in September ...however.... I'm putting together another Christmas fayre- this year, in Cumnor Chawley Grove Care Home .... we're waiting for confirmation on the reindeer but potentially the 8th December. It's going to be a much more intimate affair than last year and with that said, I'm going to have to be a little bit sensible with the amount of vendors that I can invite. As ever, we won't be duplicating any stalls. Let me know if you're interested .... what you sell etc and I'll put a list together and send out further details when I have them!

Good morning all .... where has the summer gone?!
We're sorry to say that due to the rain, we've had to cancel the dog show at Eynsham Carnival. We are sorry to disappoint and would never normally cancel ( we've never cancelled !! ) but if someone slips and falls due to the ground condition, we'll be liable. Safety is always our main concern. We are very excited to be putting on our 🐾 FUN DOG SHOW 🐾 Clanfield Festival on Sunday .... its going to be a warm one ...so rest assured, we will be bringing our VERY POPULAR paw-cooling area for the dogs ...oh and did we mention, doggy ice cream?!
