This afternoon’s group outing took us to the beautiful woods, and just like our beach adventure this morning, everything felt incredibly calm, peaceful, and wonderfully cool.

The gang enjoyed a super chilled walk, happily trotting along together, taking in all the lush greenery and investigating the many interesting woodland scents along the way. There was no rush, no drama—just lots of happy dogs enjoying the fresh air and each other’s company.

It’s been one of those lovely days where everything has felt relaxed, easy-going, and soothing from start to finish. We certainly can’t complain about that!

Now the big question is… what will tomorrow bring? Perhaps it’ll be Chaos Tuesday! For now though, we’re ending Monday on a very calm note and hoping everyone else has enjoyed a peaceful start to their week too. 🐾🌳😊

🐾🌹 What a lovely, peaceful morning we’ve had today with Rubble, Bertie and Nala! 🌹🐾

We headed over to Battery Gardens, where we enjoyed a wander through the beautiful gardens. I stopped to admire (and smell!) the gorgeous Peace roses, which were absolutely stunning and smelt amazing.

From there, we made our way down to Fishcombe Cove, and to our surprise, we had the whole beach to ourselves! The dogs thoroughly enjoyed investigating every single rock they could find, which was perfect because the beach is covered in them. There was certainly no shortage of interesting sniffs today!

With a beautiful yacht sitting on a calm, glassy sea and hardly another soul around, it was one of those wonderfully relaxing walks that leaves you feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of the day.

We’re now heading off for drop-offs before I collect this afternoon’s group. I wonder if they’ll bring the same chilled-out vibes as this lovely trio! ☀️🐶💙

Golly, after all that traffic chaos around Paignton, I almost forgot to post our other photos!

This group had a lovely woodland walk, as well as a squishy splosh in the woodland stream. They were all complete maniacs running around, and everybody was very pleased to welcome our new friend, Cooper, who fitted in brilliantly. He had great recall, and Bertie took quite the liking to him. It was like having two matching dogs in slightly different shades!

Bailey was a very good girl, as always, and I get the honour of being her caretaker tonight. She’s checking into Woofs Welcome Dog Hotel for the weekend, so I’ll be enjoying continued Bailey snuggles and cuddles when we get home.

Well, we’ve had two very different types of walks today! 🐾

Firstly, here are the lovely Dexter and Grace. They trotted along beautifully and ever so sensibly through the woods, enjoying a nice gentle adventure together. They had a very brief paddle in the stream, and although Dexter isn’t usually one for drinking much when we’re out and about, he decided that the fresh woodland stream water was far too tempting to resist!

The pair of them wandered along like the calmer, wiser members of the gang that they are, taking everything at their own pace and enjoying all the sights and smells along the way.

A lovely little outing for two very lovely dogs. ❤️🐾

A lovely, cool woodland adventure. Everybody enjoyed a little splosh about in the nice cool stream, and even Dexter and Grace dipped their toes in too. There were lots of waggly tails, definitely a few treats dished out, and then it was time for a slow stroll back before drop-offs. A fabulous Thursday outing was had by all.
