Reminder of my Police Dog Talk - 28th April 2026

During my Police career I spent 12 years as a Dog Handler, working three different General-Purpose German Shepherds and a Specialist Search Springer Spaniel trained to locate Drugs, Money and Guns.
The talk will include what they do, how they are trained to do it, how I became a Police Dog Handler and my experiences working in the role.
As always, I will try to include some funny stories along the way.
There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you have.

The date is: Tuesday 28th April 2026 - 7pm – 9pm
Venue is: “The Space” which is above the Library in Keynsham (Opposite Iceland) 5 Temple Street, Keynsham, BS311HA.
Ticket price is £10 per person.

My Dad is currently living with Dementia; my daughter Ellie and I are doing a 26.2-mile Trek in the Brecon Beacons in June to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society.
All the proceeds from the talk will go to Alzheimer’s Society
