This lovely girl is Roxy, a 13-year-old Border Collie who recently visited Veterinary Nurse Kelly at our Longwell Green Branch for her Senior Wellness Check 💙
During her visit, Roxy had:

📢 Important Update for Pet Travel to the EU 🐾✈️

From 22nd April, new rules apply for dogs, cats and ferrets travelling to the EU whose owner’s main residence is in Great Britain:

✅ Your pet will now need an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) for each trip to the EU
❌ EU Pet Passports can no longer be issued for pets whose owners live in Great Britain
⚠️ Previously issued EU pet passports for pets registered to GB addresses are no longer valid for travel and must now use the AHC system instead

If you’re planning to travel with your pet, please make sure you allow plenty of time to organise the necessary paperwork.
