🌿 Supporting Wildlife Welfare: Our Commitment to Ethical Care 🌿

The Wildlife Care Pledge has been launched! This important initiative has been co-badged by the British Wildlife Rehabilitation Council, BVZS British Veterinary Zoological Society and Scottish SPCA.

At Highcroft Exotic Vets, we fully support this pledge, which calls on veterinary professionals, practice owners, and organisations to commit to the care and welfare of injured and displaced wildlife. By undertaking and supporting the 10 principles outlined in the pledge, we aim to:

βœ… Provide expert, compassionate care tailored to the needs of wild animals.
βœ… Support the safe rehabilitation and release of wildlife wherever possible.
βœ… Uphold the highest standards of welfare in our practices.

This pledge reflects the collective effort of our profession to ensure the best possible outcomes for the wildlife we care for.

We encourage all veterinary teams to join us in committing to these principles and help spread the word far and wide. Together, we can make a difference. πŸ’š
