Introducing your pup to grooming early is the absolute best way to build their confidence and make future grooms a breeze. Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions:

Itโs a gentle, low-stress intro to the salon! It includes a bath, gentle blow-dry, nail clip, ear clean (if needed), hygiene clip, and a tidy-up around the feet and eyes. Most importantly, it includes lots of reassuring cuddles and gentle handling on the table! The main focus is getting them used to the sights, sounds, and smells of the salon at a relaxed, happy pace.

No, we do not do full haircuts yet! We keep the first few sessions short, sweet, and filled with affection so your puppy doesn't get overwhelmed. We usually recommend around 3 Puppy Pampers before booking a full haircut. However, this timeline completely depends on how your dog gets on, and how confident or nervous they are. We move entirely at your puppy's comfort level!

Most puppy grooms take about 1 hour. Because we operate strictly as a ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ-๐ผ๐ป-๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐ป, your pup gets our completely undivided attention, peace, and quiet during their slot! Because we don't overlap our appointments, we will give you a specific collection time at drop-off. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly for pick-up so we can keep the salon calm and ready for the next pup. If your puppy has a thicker coat or needs a little extra reassurance, it might take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated!
