I hope you don’t mind but I need to get something off my chest.
Over the past three years I have built my dog walking business into something that I am extremely proud of. I have done this through hard work and dedication and I feel I offer a service that is based on loyalty, trust, reliability, flexibility and professionalism.
To see one of the bigger companies move into the area of the city I operate in and claim that they are doing so because businesses already working in that area are offering a poor service and that they are doing a sub standard job is very hard to stomach.
Such comments when put out publicly on social media are firstly below the belt and very hurtful but could also lead to a loss of business. They could also be detrimental to my reputation and impact negatively on any business in the future.
This company has no grounds to make such comments as they have no idea of how I run my business and I would thank them to think before they put up a potentially damaging post.
