⚠️ Heatwave Update ⚠️
Due to temperatures forecast to exceed 32°C today with little to no breeze, we have made the decision to cancel and rearrange appointments scheduled after 12pm.
This decision has been made purely for the welfare and safety of the dogs in our care. Heat-related illness can become serious very quickly, especially during transport and while away from home in these extreme temperatures.
We completely understand that many dogs would benefit from a haircut in this weather, however it is simply too hot for them to be travelling or spending time in the salon today. Keeping them safe must come first.
Please keep dogs cool at home instead — keep them wet down, provide plenty of fresh water, shade, cooling mats if you have them, and avoid walks during the hottest parts of the day. This is far safer for them in these conditions.
We also ask that clients remain respectful towards staff. We will not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour for making responsible welfare-based decisions.
