🥳National Receptionist Day🥳
As it is National Receptionist Day, it would be wrong not to give Jo the spotlight she deserves!🔦
Anyone who's ever been to the Cat Clinic knows Jo - she's the smiley face greeting you at the desk, and the reassuring voice at the end of the phone😻.
But did you know she is also....
- insurance coordinator extraordinaire?📊
- Pet Health Club administrator?💝
- appointment and diary manager?📅
And as well as all this, she has completed 2 International Cat Care Receptionist qualifications, making her absolutely the best feline receptionist there is! 🥇
She keeps the waiting room looking s***k and span, keeps the rest of the team topped up with coffee and biscuits (and the odd Galaxy Ripple when it's particularly needed 🤣) and will turn her hand to anything we need her to in an emergency.
