Many of you have already heard the news and it's official now, so let me spill the beans.
After 30 years in practice, I've decided to close my dog physio business.
I plan to keep my doors open until 31st of July and I've already contacted all pass owners and pre-booked appointment holders. I'm going to take care of them and their dogs until we completed our physio plan.
And the whys....
I'm passionate about dogs and the progress that we can achieve with them in physio. It never felt like a job, always gave me lot of energy to work with any type of dog, and I don't want to lose this feeling. Unfortunately the whole dog industry and vet industry nowadays are heading in a direction that I cannot identify with. The more horror stories I've heard the more emotional I have become, and more hopeless.
I want to keep my faith that the duty is to work for dogs' welfare and not about saving one's back or about misleading people to gain more profit. So my instinct tells me there is no better time than now to close down.
I wish to thank you for your trust and I'd like you to know how much I appreciated your support.
