We were so impressed by how all the dogs that came to our Summer Festival managed with the lively atmosphere. They were a credit to their owners who have clearly done a great job with them. You should be justifiably proud of yourselves and your gorgeous dogs! 😍

Not all dogs are social butterflies so we'd like to give a shout out to all the amazing people who have taken on dogs that would never cope with a busy dog show because they are anxious, nervous or fearful of other dogs and/or people. Thank you so much for taking these dogs on and managing their lives so that they feel safe and secure. ❤

It's National Volunteers Week so what better opportunity to send a huge thank you to our team of wonderful volunteers who helped run our Summer Festival on Sunday. We certainly couldn't have done it without them! We would also like to thank our dedicated staff who came in on their day off or stayed late after a busy day working in the shelter. Seeing so many happy dogs and friendly owners was more than ample reward for all the hard work! 😍
