Scrufts was my creative puppy back in 2008 when I tentatively started making dog collars and leads for my own dogs. I have so many faithful customers it really does make me happy. I spend ages choosing the most fabulous fabrics I can and whipping them up into lush combos for your dogs.

Look at this fabulous vintage Hebridean tweed ! It’s going to be worked into a matching dog collar and lead and will be truly amazing. What an honour to have saved this 60’s tweed to be brought into the 21st century. And just for our dogs. It’s drizzling so shall I get the sewing machine out ?!

A hot week of pedalling the old sewing machine, making bespoke collars and leads for the New Forest Tartan co who are back on the road doing do’s in and around Hampshire from next month! It’s a lovely fabric to work with and I’ve tweaked the design of the leads so they now have a half ‘n half with velvet. A few more leads to go to get to 30, but 54 collars ticked off !
