💚 Meet Clover! 💚

This gorgeous one-year-old Bengal cross is looking for her forever home... and she's got the personality to match her stunning green eyes. 🐾

Clover is fun, affectionate and full of life. She loves climbing, playing with her toys, chatting away with her sweet little meow, and will curl up beside you on the sofa after a busy day of zoomies (complete with an adorably poofy tail!).

She may take a couple of days to settle in, but once she does, she's a loving, gentle companion who just wants to be part of the family.

✨ Another happy tail!🐾

You may remember Smudge & Yuku, who we introduced to you last week. We’re delighted to share that these two brothers are now happily settled into their new home together. 🏡💙

And there’s been a little change since we last saw them - Smudge & Yuku are now Arthur & Archie! 🐱🐱

Their litter of four have all found their forever homes in pairs, with the two girls together and these two brothers staying side by side. 💕

Wherever possible, we try to home bonded pairs together. Having a familiar friend by their side can help kittens settle, build confidence and adapt to their new surroundings with a trusted companion.

We’re so pleased that Arthur & Archie get to start this next chapter together! 🐾💜

Just like people, every cat is unique. Whatever their age, colour, personality or past, every cat deserves to be loved, respected and given the chance to feel safe and at home.

🐾 Remember Pinky & Fluffy? 🐾

We shared these little ones with you last week, and we’re so happy to say they’re looking healthy, happy and full of life! 💕 Even better, they’ve now found their forever home together. 🏡🐱

And they have new names too - say hello to Kiki & ZaZa! 💜

Their adopter, Stephen, says:
“[Their] individual personalities are coming through and watching their character dynamics is a wonderful time-wasting experience. Our grown-up kids have started visiting more often, not to visit us, but to see and play with the little ‘rippers’!

So overall, we love them to bits and are extremely happy to be adopting again from Cats Protection.”

We couldn’t be happier for Kiki & ZaZa and wish them a lifetime of love, cuddles and happy adventures!

This is Clover, one of the cats currently in our care. And this is her first day in her foster home.

And just look how chill she is 😻

It's testament to the awesome foster volunteers we have at Cats Protection Brighton and Hove .

They are often the unsung heroes who give cats a temporary home to feel safe and loved in while they wait for their forever home.

Clover is obviously super-relaxed, but our fosterers can sometimes be dealing with cats who have experienced trauma or who were born as strays, so this is the first time they've known love and a home environment.

Clover's fosterer says "I foster because it's a lovely way to meet new cats, and it is so rewarding to get to know them, and to help them on their way to their forever homes."

Thankyou Cats Protection fosterers for giving the cats in your care the best start in life. 💜

Meet Smudge, Yuku, Pinky & Fluffy 💜

A kind-hearted cat lover took in a stray and soon discovered she was expecting kittens. She was still very young herself, and sadly, this wasn't her first litter.

We were able to help by arranging for mum to be neutered, so she won't have to go through another pregancy. For the first eight weeks, her carer gave mum and her kittens all the love and care they needed.

Although she couldn't keep the kittens, she wanted to make sure each one found a safe, loving forever home. That's where Cats Protection stepped in, helping these little ones on the next part of their journey.

He's coming home! 💜
We're so thrilled that little Jude Kittingham has been adopted today.

Jude's new family sent this message to his Cars Protection fosterer: "Jude has had a busy afternoon of play. He has eaten and used the toilet, now it’s time for a well earned nap. Thanks again Jane 🌟"

But it's non-stop at Cats Protection Brighton and Hove with some new 4-month old kittens coming into care soon.

Kittens like little Jude need a lot of love and attention before they're ready to re-home, as well as food and medical care. We also cover the cost of microchipping and neutering when they're old enough.
