**LOST** Longridge Avenue, Saltdean *PLEASE SHARE*
Missing since Wednesday 3rd June 2026
Luna, a 2-year-old long-haired black and white tuxedo male cat, is missing from his home on Longridge Avenue, Saltdean (near the Co-op shop) since Wednesday 3rd June 2026. He is an **INDOOR ONLY** cat and so will not be familiar with the area. He was seen Friday 5th June 2026 on Suez Way which is just a few steps from the block where he escaped. A neighbour gave him food, but when they later tried to secure him, he ran up onto the scaffolding and disappeared.
Luna is slightly overweight for his size and has distinctive white paws on all four feet, a completely black tail, amber-coloured eyes, and soft, smooth long fur. He has a little bit of white fur on his face between his eyes.
He may have an issue with his front left paw, which he was often licking. The paw pad appeared dark red compared to the pink pad on his right paw, and a developing infection was suspected. He also occasionally has a small amount of discharge from his left eye.
Luna is a very timid and noise-sensitive cat. Sudden sounds or quick approaches can frighten him, causing him to run and hide. He is friendly once he trusts someone but he does not like being picked up.
Luna is microchipped and neutered.
