We think we take our dogs for a walk. But this gorgeous dog I communicated with had a completely different story.
When her mum came to me saying her girl had separation anxiety, her dog rejected that label immediately. She wasn’t anxious. She had a job to do and that job was getting her mum out of the house, to get her into nature, into playtime, into connecting with each other.
So many animals are doing this deliberately. They’re not just passengers in our lives. They’re partners who are also invested in helping us live a good life
Does your dog do this?

Today we gathered for the very first Animal Reflections Circle session. 🐢
A small group of open curious people wishing to expand and deepen their connection with our animal kin.

We explored our intuitive senses and hung out with a tortoise called Nitro.
Some had already played with intuitive animal communication and others, it was their first time ever!!

These messages arrived this morning and they made my heart sing:

"It was fabulous! Great interaction from all and you explained everything so well"

"Lovely calm space. It’s amazing to be there"

"Omg sooooo cool, the best 90 minutes of my week “

"Love how easy and open you allowed us to be together. What an expansive way to share a wet Wednesday"

And my personal favourite…..

"Can't believe the first image I got was a horse wildly running in a field and then you tell us she's a horsefield tortoise" 🐢🐎

When a complete beginner connects intuitively with an animal they've never met and receives something so specific, that's not a coincidence.
That's the ancient language we all embody. We've just forgotten we speak it.
The Animal Reflections Circle is ongoing and always open. Next session is Wednesday 18th June.
If something in you feels curious, you're warmly welcome.

This is isn’t me sugar coating. I’ve had animals be VERY clear and direct about things they like and don’t like, but it’s not from a mean place. It’s to help the family. The relationship. The ecosystem.
Honesty and love. Is there a better mix?

Piper was holding a vision for their whole life together, not just her own healing.
Piper is a cat who came into our session like she owned it. ❤️Graceful. Feminine. Playful. And with a lot of wisdom to share.
She’d been suffering with recurring UTIs for months. But when I connected with her she wasn’t just thinking about herself. She shared what the collective needed to hear
She took me through her chakras. As she showed me the solar plexus I felt nausea and then the word toothpick arrived.
It seemed so out of place until her mum comfirmed that she picks her teeth when she’s worried. She’d been feeling completely stuck recently.
She showed me her mum’s neck working ridiculous hours, the herbs she wanted to explore at home.
But most poignant was the immediate reference to being a ‘Byron Bay’ girl. A place her mum had secretly been wanting to move to. She described a place, long grasses, fresh air, light bouncing off water. Where all of them could breathe differently.
And she said “I’m here for all of it mum.”
Since our session Piper hasn’t had a single UTI.
And her mum has just booked to spend the next twelve months in Byron Bay.
Piper knew what they all needed. She just needed someone to listen.
If you know someone whose cat has been trying to tell them something, share this with them. Every animal has a conversation like this waiting to be witnessed.

I’m an animal communicator and this is how I ended up doing this beautiful expansive work on a daily basis
Thankyou Bridget for cracking me open to this beautiful conversation that’s happening all the time

There’s something I keep seeing in my work that I feel needs saying out loud.
We can be so hyper responsible for our dogs, watching, managing, worrying, trying to get it right, that we forget something really important.
They’re having their own experience too.
A rich, honest, completely present experience of life that has nothing to do with being good or bad, right or wrong.
This is what I love most about this work, it reminds me again and again that our dogs aren’t waiting to be fixed or managed or perfected.
They’re waiting to be witnessed.
And when we make that shift from trying to fix to getting genuinely curious it creates a richer, deeper, more expansive and loving connection.
Not just for them. For us too.
If this resonates and you’d love to understand your dog’s experience more deeply, animal communication can lift the veil and stop the second guessing.

When a dog starts running off on walks out of nowhere it’s easy to assume something has gone wrong.
Devon’s mum was really worried and was also laying a lot of blame on herself.
Devon is a deeply loyal lad and loves his mum to the moon and back. But his walks are their time together and for him it felt like mum was completely different when consumed by her phone and the messages coming through. This was his loud way of inviting her back to him. Back to presence, to fun, to play.
Our animals are exquisitely sensitive to everything happening in our shared field. They feel our presence, our distraction, our worry, our joy. They respond to all of it. Honestly! (And without finger pointing, just love)
If you’ve been struggling with something your animal is doing, you haven’t failed, they’re not being difficult.
They’re just waiting to have a conversation with you.

I've created something and I want to tell you about it....🎉
It's called the Animal Reflections Circle.

The reason I've created it is to invite people to come on a journey with me, to explore together, collectively, and to learn from the different animals that join us. To connect with their different energies, their different perspectives, the nuances and subtleties and whispers that come through when we actually slow down enough to receive them.

Because here's what I know after 26 years of working with animals.....our animal kin, companion animals, wild animals, animals in spirit, they have an EXTRAORDINARY capacity to help us get back into ourselves, into that deeper, more intelligent, feeling, intuitive part of us that we rarely give space to.

We are sooooo good at thinking, at logic, at analysis as the modern western world celebrates that.
But that grounded innate 'feminine' intelligence, the part of us that feels deeply, that receives intuitive information, that knows something before it can be explained..... THIS is the part of us that needs space. Needs honouring, honing, playing with, witnessing, exploring.

This deeper relationship many of us seek with our animals, with nature, with ourselves needs a community of like-minded people where we can come together and slow down and breathe and experience and witness all of it. Human and animals together ⚪
That's what the circle is. ♾️
A place where we explore what our animal kin are always sharing with us, through feeling, through sensation, through imagination, through the body and where we discover together just how much is available when we get quiet enough to receive it.

We meet twice a month on Wednesdays at 12 noon UK time. One session I guide you into connecting with an animal from our collective, we drop into the body, open the senses, and receive together whatever comes through.
The other is a warm, open conversation where you bring your questions, your stories, your wonderings, and we explore together whatever the animals and the group are bringing forward.

No experience needed. Just genuine curiosity and a willingness and desire for a space to slow down and connect.

If something in this is speaking to you, comment CIRCLE below and I'll send you the details.
