Brighouse Dog Field is available to hire privately, each booking ensuring exclusive use for up to 6 dogs. The field is approximately ½ an acre (plenty of room to extend in the future), with 2-meter-high fencing. There is parking for 2 vehicles onsite with additional parking available nearby.

For some reason I cannot create a poll for this post.

We have a fantastic opportunity for the land next to the field been used to be a small livestock holding, for goats and chickens

We used to have goats which we found benefitted some dogs with Desensitisation.

It would also mean the presence of a person coming and going over the day.

For those that haven't visited before.
The other piece of land is separated by the fields own 6ft fence, then a track and another fence round the other land to keep the animals contained

This is only an opportunity at the moment, we wanted to get your views as customers.

Can you please comment whether your Dog is reactive to people, animals or both and tell us why you do or don't think it's a good idea.

Don't let the weather dampen your spirits

We have full availability tomorrow, the field has 2 shelters one with a picnic table and one with a sand pit, why not fill an hour of your time by letting your dog practise some recall, after all, its a lifelong skill and should be practised often to keep it embedded in them 😉

We have a gazebo with a picnic table, a sheltered sand pit and even a small swing for the kids to play on.

Second week of the school holidays, you might have indulged in too much chocolate and alcohol over the Easter weekend (I know I did)

Good Morning

Can we please make sure that we aren't arriving before quarter to the hour.

We have a 15 minute buffer in place to allow the dogs that need space plenty room and time.

If you do arrive early can you please NOT enter the carpark until the person before you has left.

Book a session to practise your recall, to walk somewhere different, to have a play date with a friend (we have plenty parking) or just to give your dog a blast if they normally have to stay on lead
