We absolutely love caring for your furry friends and giving them the pampering they deserve! To ensure every dog receives the best possible service and attention, we kindly ask all clients to stick to their scheduled appointment times.
⏰ Arriving on time:
Please make sure you arrive promptly for your dog’s appointment. We operate a 15-minute cut-off window, and unfortunately, late arrivals beyond this may need to be rescheduled.
🐶 Picking up on time:
Once your dog is ready, timely collection is just as important. It helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and ensures your pet stays comfortable and stress-free.
📅 Cancellations:
We do have a cancellation policy in place, so we’d really appreciate as much notice as possible if you’re unable to attend your appointment.
📱 Appointment reminders:
All customers receive text reminders for their bookings. If anything doesn’t look right or you’re unsure about your appointment time, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help.
