After four years of adventures with us, yesterday was this handsome boy’s final walk before he moves to his new home.

We’ve loved being part of life and he’s certainly kept us on our toes. He’s quirky, funny, clever and most certainly one very handsome gentleman. We took Stan for one last walk together which involved lots of treats and of course the obligatory photos and video.

We’d like to wish Stan and his wonderful family good luck on their next chapter, we’ll miss you all 🫶

☀️ Hot weather means we’re changing our normal routines.

During rising temperatures we’re focusing on:
Shorter walks. Earlier starts. Shadier routes. Supervised paddling. Garden visits & sniffy enrichment.

Heatstroke in dogs can happen far quicker than many people realise, so keeping them cool and slowing things down is always the priority.

Please be careful this bank holiday weekend. Temperatures on Monday are set to be the hottest so far this year, make sure you enjoy it safely with your dog.

A little tribute to a very special boy who meant the world to our Sarah. 🤍🖤

Many of you will recognise this gorgeous springer face from canicross meets, photos and events over the years. If you’ve followed his instagram account you’ll have seen him on countless adventures.

Thank you for all the kindness already shown to Sarah after such a sudden and heartbreaking loss. It truly means so much, she is beyond grateful and overwhelmed by the support she’s received.

It doesn’t seem like much, just a picture right?

Your dog is settled, happy and being themselves. That little moment right there, changes everything. When you know they’re ok, you can be fully present where you are.

It’s never just a photo, if you’ve ever had one of these photos, you’ll understand.

We’d like to think we’re more than ‘just dog walkers’.

When you hire and trust a dog walker, it can be like having another family member in your life, and that’s something we never take lightly.

We’ve brought in washing, cleaned up those ‘ooops’ moments, put the bins out and brought them back in.
Closed open windows and locked unlocked doors.
We’ve switched off ovens, reported strange smells and silenced burglar alarms.
We’ve reported lost fence panels, loose roof tiles, and climbed over gates.
We’ve cleaned up trashed rooms, half eaten toys and kitchen cupboard raids.

But more than anything, it’s being there for the real life stuff.
The hard days, the good days, the family emergency days, the laughs, the tears and the friendships that grow.

Honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.

🌼 The long bank holiday weekend is the perfect time to share our March highlights with you (because all of a sudden it’s April!).

🌼 The sun made a comeback which made for some very welcome mud free walks.
Daffodils seem to appear in most photos, along with blue skies.
We felt every inch of our personalities return with each ray of sunshine, but are well aware it’s only just April, the season of showers and outfit dilemmas!

🌼 I realised that trying to return to Pilates was not as easy as I thought. A few months of physio exercises are needed to try and get me back in the right direction.

🌼Hope you are all enjoying the long bank holiday weekend.
