🐾 Here’s our little lad, Capone….isn’t he gorgeous 😍😍😍 When he came to us eons ago he was unleadable, very excitable and reactive to other dogs. The staff spent many months working with him and a lead and they took baby steps…literally….he was just so afraid, I remember seeing a video of Matt walking with Capones front legs wrapped around his own leg! But over the months Capone went from fear to fearless and has been happy to be led out for a mad walk wherever and whenever for years now. He never made it into a conventional home because of his issues but he wasn’t bothered and is a very content senior lad who is always smiling 💕🐾

Can you spare a few pennies for our sanctuary dogs Christmas? 🙏🐾

🎅🐾Happy nearly Christmas everyone! I know, I know but there are ONLY 5 weeks to go!🐾🎅 Every year we raise money for the sanctuary kids Christmas Treats Boxes 🎁 This year we haven’t been able to add them to the website for you to buy as the website has sadly gone b**g 🙄 So we are exclusively raising the money to buy bones and toys and treats through this link. But never fear, we have listed a few other ways to buy or donate below also 😃 The last few years have not been easy for rescues and sanctuaries, us included and with Christmas fast approaching our little hands, and paws are shooting out and up 🐾🙌 We have a lot of dogs who love to wake up to an extra treat or two all of their own on Christmas morning ❤ and the kids are always ever so grateful 🐾 if you want to make a donation….no matter how big or small the sanctuary crew, four legged and two would be ecstatically, wildly and wonderfully happy and forever grateful!😃 🎅🎄

Buster the Beautiful Boston having fun in the Sunday sun 🤩 💖 Buster is one of our more ‘unique’ sanctuary boys 😍 this little lad has neuro function issues and is a total comedian and joy to have about as he is a mix of coiled spring, piranha and squirrel and takes careful handling 😬 But hey-ho 🤷‍♀️ he is as mad as a hatter but he’s in good company with us lot and we love him dearly....almost as much as he loves his walks and he adores fuss when you catch him in the right frame of mind ❤ He’s a fab boy who is just living his life on his terms 💖🐾

😃 We have had more lovely parcels and drop offs of much needed and greatly appreciated bits and bobs for the sanctuary kids this week! 😍😍😍 Thank you so much for caring….you have no idea how much these donations mean to us 🙏 💖⭐️ We are always in need of things: food, treats, toys, coats (all sizes), towels, sheets, duvets, throws and blankets, beds, Halti harnesses (all sizes), e45 cream, vaseline, cocunut oil, Sudocrem etc etc etc 🐾

😄 Frankie is not for moving this morning and we don’t blame her! 🥶❄️ She is our little spitfire who came from Boston UK and has been with us for years. She is a hyper girl, can be human reactive and guarded unusual objects in the home avidly... so much so she would chase people round the house to protect her treasures which was a bit of an issue 🫣 Here with us however, her ‘quirks’ have never been a problem and she spends her days just having fun 😀

Two of our lovely labs 😍

Beautiful Bailey came to live with us after assessment via rehab. And although this lovely boy couldn’t make it into a conventional home because of his issues, he found his forever home here with us and we are so glad he did 💕🐾
And Perfect Peaches originally came from her rescue for rehab but she was unsuccessful in finding the very special home she needed so she unpacked her suitcase, put out her ornaments, hung her curtains and moved into the sanctuary permanently and made us her forever home 🏡 She is a lively, very bouncy girl so she gets lots of exercise and she loves a cuddle with her trusted people 🍑

😁 Every picture of Chicken Nugget makes me giggle but I’d never show him the whites of me eyes 👀 he’s a piranha in nugget clothing 🤣 Sure he looks adorable and of course he is but, he is highly human reactive and untouchable bar a little ‘very’ brief tickle.....if you are brave enough 😬 and luckily his carers are 💖🐾
