Welcome to the crew Crumpet,
This beautiful little chap is a 14 week old Cavapoo. He’s recently come to his new loving home with the most caring of people. They instantly contacted me as soon as they had brought him home to get groomed as they had noticed some matting.
They did the right thing as Crumpet had a few matts which couldn’t be brushed out. Even as a new pup with a long coat needs regular attention to avoid matting and discomfort. With Crumpet being all tidied up and a fresh start he’s gone home bouncing around. 💙🐾🐶

At the weekend Roxy and the kids attended Powerstock dog show coming home with a 1st and 2nd 🥇🥈
Massive improvements with the lead training and no pulling happened from Roxy!

Everyone meet Elsie 💕
The gorgeous Cockerpoo 🐶
Her owner requested that if possible to keep her with a fluffier coat. She had really tight curls so it was a challenge I wanted to see if I could succeed.
All knots brushed out and Elsie went home all fluffy 🐾

It’s our Roxy Roo’s 1st birthday today. We got up bright and early to avoid the heat and took her for a swim down Charmouth beach followed by new toys and treats to celebrate. 🎈🐾🐶💕 she will look forward to celebrating with you all when we see you in the groom room 😍

🐾POLITE NOTICE🐾

To help keep everyone safe and ensure your dog’s stay runs smoothly, please take a moment to read the following:

Dogs on Leads
All dogs arriving at or leaving the kennels must be kept on a lead before leaving your car and until safely back inside it. This helps keep your dog safe in the car park and ensures the safety of other dogs and owners.

Collars & ID Tags
Please ensure your dog arrives wearing a well-fitting collar with a current ID tag, as required by law.

Cleaning Up After Your Dog
Please pick up after your dog if they toilet in the car park or surrounding areas. We are happy to dispose of any bagged waste for you. If you don’t have a poo bag, simply let a member of staff know and we’ll gladly clean it up using our scoop.

Late Collections
We understand that delays happen – traffic, meetings running over, or even the sat nav taking you the scenic route! If you’re running late, please give us a call and leave a message to let us know your estimated arrival time. We’re often able to wait a little longer if we know you’re on your way. However, if we haven’t heard from you, we may have left once our opening hours have ended.

Extending Your Dog’s Stay
As we become busier, kennel spaces are becoming more limited. When you check your dog in, we’ll confirm your collection date. If your plans change and you need your dog to stay longer, please let us know as soon as possible—ideally before your scheduled collection day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability for additional nights, as we may already have bookings from other customers.

Today I hung up the grooming apron for the The Cherry Tree Preserves apron at the Bridport food festival. It was sooo lovely to see a lot of my regular customers, see some of you again when grooming commences on Monday 🐶💕🥰
