🐾Friendly Reminder🐾
Please, please brush your dogs regularly at home in between grooming appointments.
Cockerpoos have high maintenance coats that should be professionally groomed roughly every 4-8 weeks. To the untrained eye, you may just think she is "fluffy," but the reality is that the matts are deep down towards the skin and the only way to dematt her is to clip underneath the matting on a very short blade.
So the next time you hear somebody say "The Groomers scalped my dog 😱", please consider the reasons as to why. No groomer enjoys the process, its not only stressful for the dogs, but its also time consuming and damaging to our grooming equipment.
I'm happy to share that this sweet girl is much more comfortable now, and that she's on a regular grooming schedule with me, and she was an absolute angel 🥹😇
