The Long Mynd ride on 27th July is in need of more entries, writes organiser Sally Toye.

Long Mynd offers a unique chance to ride in a National Trust SSI, through Natural England forests and even past a gliding club. It offers you hills, outstanding views of the Shropshire hills and a great fittening ride with classes from 18km to 40 km.

Sally Toye has some awesome Performance formula prizes, a new venue, excellent catering and a great team of willing volunteers who will work hard to give you a fabulous ride.

For the 32 and 40 km riders there is even a crewed water stop where you can slosh your horse and offer them a drink.
