Few changes now going forward as a small business i cant afford to have late cancellations as I cannot fill the space back in. For people not showing up for meet and greets and time wasted now I will have to put a registration fee on now. With the way things are going iv had to put these changes into place now. Anyone who has booked and booking these changes will apply now starting from today. Im sorry about this but I cant continue the way its going.
Registration fee
- anyone new to look around and to have paper work it be £15 (non refundable)
Cancellations
- if you cancel within 2 weeks of booking date even if its a last minute booking its 50% non refundable booking.
For day boarding its the full price
Late Fees
- arrive late to collect your dog which is out of the open time slots given, there be a £10 late fee and every hour after that its £5 added ontop of that.
Winter Heating Charge October to February
- with the heating on as the temperature has to be a certain level I will now have to add £2 a day per kennel
Food Charges
-Our Buiscuits 25p per meal
- tin food 90p per meal
- using Fridge or Freezer its £1.00 a day
Extra Walk
- £15 per Dog
Administering Medication
-£1.00 a day
Mileage charge
-0.80p per mile including local, been in place for a while just putting on here as a reminder
Damages done by dog be extra depending on what they have damaged. E.g chewed dog bed be the cost of a new one.
There be new forms to fill out for ones who already done a form there be a different one for you to sign
