Mally’s owner was a little nervous before her appointment, and understandably so. Mally can be very wary of new people, and as this was our first time meeting, there were concerns about how she would cope. Well, she needn’t have worried! 💕
Mally and I got on like a house on fire from the start, and by the end of the groom I was even called a “dog whisperer” 🐾
Today, Mally enjoyed a full groom and a complete restyle. While her longer coat looked beautiful, it simply wasn’t the most practical choice for her lifestyle. Living right by the beach and loving trips into the sea meant her coat was becoming prone to matting and taking much more maintenance to keep comfortable.
When choosing a style, I always consider the dog’s lifestyle as well as appearance. My aim is to create a look that not only looks gorgeous but is also practical, comfortable, and easy to maintain between grooms. For a beach-loving girl like Mally, a shorter style will help keep her coat in great condition while still showing off those beautiful Cocker Spaniel features. ✂️✨
Mally was an absolute superstar throughout her groom, and I think her new look suits her perfectly! ❤️
