Dog boarding provides overnight care for dogs away from the owners home, ALL boarders must hold a licence — choosing an unlicensed boarder may risk your dog’s safety, welfare, and care standards.

Risks of using an unlicensed dog boarder can include:
- poor hygiene practice
- unsafe environments
- lack of or compromised insurance

- inadequate supervision
- no emergency procedures and risk assessments
- carers without the correct experience or training.

🚭 NO SMOKING OR VA**NG IN OUR DOG FIELD 🚭

Smoking and va**ng are strictly prohibited anywhere within our dog field - including the carpark.

This is a non-negotiable rule and is in place to protect our dogs, visitors, wildlife, and the environment.

⚠️ Ni****ne is highly toxic to dogs.
Ci******es, cigarette butts, v**es, ni****ne pouches, and v**e liquids can cause serious illness if chewed or swallowed.

⚠️ Our field contains woodland, wildlife habitats, and areas of dry grass.
A discarded cigarette end can pose a significant fire risk, especially during warmer weather, potentially causing devastating damage to the field, surrounding woodland, and local wildlife.

⚠️ This is a dog exercise field, just because this is an outdoor area does NOT make it a smoking area.
We work hard to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone who visits. Please leave all smoking items in your vehicle.

⚠️ As the booker you are responsible, if a friend/family member is attending in your place you must make sure they know our rules and access info. 🙏🏻

🚨 Policy Reminder
If you are found smoking or va**ng within the field, you will receive ONE WARNING. If it happens again, you will be asked to leave immediately and any future bookings will be cancelled without refund, in accordance with our booking policy.

There’s only one kind of hot dogs we like in this weather! 🌭

Our cancellation policy has been wavered for this week! ☀️
However the booking system requires this to be done at least an hour before your booking starts otherwise it will not allow movement.

If the weather is too hot and you’d like to cancel/reschedule please do so on your account:

- if you have a block booking, just cancel, it will automatically recreate onto your account

- if you don’t have a block booking please select to reschedule. Or message us directly, look at availability online first and send us your new date and time. (We can not hold these as credits and it must be done before your session start time)

- message us to request a refund (please note our system automatically deducts an admin charge)

If Mondays temperatures do rise to 30+ we will close the field during the middle of the day as there is no shade. Your dogs safety is priority.
Please ensure we have the correct email & number and look out for a message from us before looking to attend or check back on here.

💧 Water Butt Update 💧

We removed the water butt at the end of last year before winter, as it freezes during colder weather and had unfortunately been subject to repeated damage. This included taps being forced, chewed, or left running.

We will be putting the water butt back out this weekend and kindly ask that everyone helps us look after it. Please do not tamper with or damage it.

On warmer days, we still recommend bringing your own water where possible, just in case there is an issue we haven't yet been made aware of or haven't had the opportunity to resolve before your session.

Please note:
🚫 Do not remove the lid
🚫 Do not pour or put anything into it (including clean/used water, rubbish or food)

🐾 Once your dog has finished drinking, please empty the water bowls and return them to the shelf.

Thank you for helping us keep the facilities clean, safe, and available for everyone to use.

Resharing the below as we have lots of new customers booked in over the next few weeks ❤️

IMPORTANT: please ensure you have received your access email (sometimes this goes into spam)
It is sent out exactly 24 hours prior to your booking.
If you do not have this please let us know before 8am the the day your booking to ensure this is resent over to you with enough time for you to read all the important info you need including directions and how to access.

Please do not wait until you are on route or here to request this, there are instructions you need to know prior to travelling & I cannot always get to my phone instantly due to working with animals & regular poor signal.

We have cameras n place with alerts so we are aware of arrivals/departures (& rule breakers…)
- Please do not arrive early and interrupt the previous customer.
- Please do not climb on any gates & fencing
- Be respectful of our facility and other users

We have had lots of new followers and visitors - WELCOME 🐾🐶

As a notice to any new, future and existing customers please can we remind you of the following:

- Stick to your allocated time slot (50 minutes)
Arriving early is not permitted, and the carpark is for use of the current customer only, you are not to enter whilst in use nor if you are early.

- Under no circumstances is ANYONE permitted to climb on ANY fences or gates or equipment within the field.

- Strictly no Smoking or va**ng anywhere on site

And please, be polite & respectful to one another and to us♥️🐾

To add: if you are bringing people with you, or booking on behalf of another household member you are responsible to ensure they adhere to the above

🐾 Customer Notice 🐾

With all the recent rain, the field is very wet and muddy underfoot — so it’s definitely a wellies-over-white-trainers kind of weekend! ☔️🥾

A few friendly reminders while you’re visiting:
• Please tidy up after your dog (includinf poops, toys, and water bowls) 💩 🥎 💦
• Dogs must be accompanied in the field at all times — please don’t sit in your vehicle and leave them unattended 🚙
• The carpark is for the current customer only, please do not arrive early and park up, you must wait until your allocated time and not enter whilst another user is present 🚫 — we welcome reactive and non–human-friendly dogs, and sticking to your time slot helps keep everyone safe and stress-free.
