Lleyn Sheep Society Thank you for the invitation to judge at the Highland Show.

It was a great honour and privilege to judge a high standard of Lleyn sheep and congratulations to all who competed and special mention to the winners with the Champion and Reserve going to Farmstock Genetics.

Thanks everyone who supported our social afternoon and helped raise money for Prostate Cymru.

We are most grateful to members of the South Wales Lleyn Sheep Society who recently raised £83 for Prostate Cymru during a social event at Felindre Farm, Upper Chapel, Brecon by kind permission of Colin and Julie Price. The money was raised during a stock judging competition and raffle.

The last few weeks have been busy for us on the farm with showcasing the cattle this time….

We had a baby beef calf sired by a native at the Winter Fair which gained a second in his class and sold to a family from Anglesey.

Last Saturday we headed to the Welsh Multi Breed Pedigree Beef Calf Show at Carmarthen and gained 1st and 3rd in the class of March/April born heifers and then progressed to win Champion Beef Shorthorn Heifer and reserve overall.

Thanks to Rhys Millichap for all his help and especially the trimming.
